HAVE A “DO GOOD FOR OTHERS DAY”
As the saying goes: charity begins at home. You can teach your family the importance of helping others in need by planning a “do good for others day”. You can find volunteer opportunities for your family by visiting sites like http://www.volunteermatch.org. You can also have a clean out for charity day; have everyone in your family work together to go through your belongings and clean out what they no longer want or use. Then make a trip to your local Goodwill or Salvation Army to donate it. If you would like to do something good for others by making a monetary or vehicle donation, 1-800-Charity Cars accepts all kinds of vehicles, running or not, and we provide free towing across the entire United States. You will also receive a tax deduction for your donation, and if we are able to provide your vehicle donation to a needy family, you will receive the full “fair market value” tax deduction. If you have an old junk car or a used vehicle that you want to dispose of, give us a call today at 1-800-242-7489.
